I booked my procedure in January, everything explained throughly. Picked up from airport and transport arranged back. Tereza met me at the hotel to take me to the clinic. From the minute I was in contact with Tereza from Medroyal to the minute I arrived back in the UK, it was an enjoyable, organised and professional experience. I enquired regarding breast surgery and was given plenty of informative advice regarding the surgery from Tereza. I had my surgery with DR Suk, I am very pleased with the results. He was very professional and it was clear he was very skilled, I felt I could put a lot of trust into him he was very knowledgeable. The clinic was immaculate with lovely staff. I came to Prague on my own, i was apprehensive at first about travelling solo however I felt supported by Tereza the whole time during my trip to Prague and would definately do this experience again in the future for myself or recommend to anybody. Es war für mich das erste mal, dass ich Dienste über MedRoyal genutzt habe. Von Anfang an war ich sehr kompetent und liebevoll betreut. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Zur erwähnen muss ich Frau Elisa Ruzickova. Sie hat alles in Perfektion und vollem Einsatz mit mir „durchgestanden „.
